Absolutely! We bring all the necessary cleaning products to get the job done. If you have a vacuum or mop you’d prefer we use, let us know—otherwise, we always have our own equipment on hand just in case.
Not at all! As long as we have access to your home, like a door code or a hidden key, we can take care of the cleaning while you’re out. If you prefer to stay home, we’re happy to work around you and ensure our work doesnt interrupt your day.
We’re pet-friendly and happy to work around your furry companions! Just let us know about your pets when booking. If possible, we recommend keeping them in a kennel or confined to a specific area to help us complete our tasks efficiently.
No, there’s no need for a contract! We believe in providing a service you’ll look forward to, not feel tied to. We want you to welcome us back because you love what we do, not because you’re bound by a contract.
We understand that plans can change. All we ask is 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours, a $50 fee applies. Same-day cancellations are charged 60% of the cleaning cost. If the cleaner is already on-site or access is unavailable, the full service price will be charged. No contracts, just clear communication to help us keep things running smoothly!
Your satisfaction is our priority! If you’re not 100% satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours and provide photos of the areas of concern. We’ll do everything we can to address the issue, including scheduling a re-clean if needed within 5 days of the original service.

Not at all! Our goal is to make your life easier, so there’s no need to “clean for the cleaner.” If you’d like to help us maximize our time, tidying up the space, making beds, or picking up laundry and toys can be helpful—but it’s entirely optional!
